The delivery times are defined on the official offer, depending on the instrument.
Important note on VAT, customs and handling fees:
Please note that our prices do not include VAT, customs and handling fees. VAT (e.g. 19% for Germany) and DPD handling fees (usually 2.5% of the value of the goods, min. EUR 11.50) plus any customs duties are determined by the customs authority of the recipient country and must be paid by you when the order is delivered, e.g. to UPS.
Return shipments
The costs for the return shipment are always borne by the customer. The refund will always be made to the account you used for payment, unless you provide us with different account details.
All items purchased from LUNASON can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that it may take up to 14 days between the receipt of your return and the refund of the purchase price. All handling fees, VAT, customs charges and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you do not return the goods in accordance with our instructions, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including handling charges, VAT and customs duties. Furthermore, you are liable for the products until they have arrived at our warehouse.
